Not such a great result this week with a bit of a hiding against a team we needed to be much closer to if we are to remain competitive. We continued with the good start that had been missing in earlier games but then returned to old habits of dropping our concentration and not playing to instruction. We have a weeks break and then a practice game against Ivanhoe during our scheduled bye to work on our skills and get our minds right. Senior Football means every player must perform at more consistent levels week in week out otherwise other teams will exploit this similar to the ease of last week’s defeat. Come on fellas we know we are capable of much better results. Let’s prove it.
No Football this Weekend….
This weekend is the Queen’s Birthday Long Weekend with a split round being played over the next 2 weekends. This week we have a rest because of the split round and the following week we have a scheduled Bye on Sat 13th June. However as this would mean a break of 3 weeks between games, we have decided to play Ivanhoe Amateurs U/19’s in a Practice Game who are in a similar situation in their league. Please note the different starting time. The details of the game are…

Player Sponsorship….
Additionally many of our Players are still chasing Player Sponsors for this year.
