It is with the deepest of sympathy that the Northern Football League Board, staff and members, mourn the passing of Frank Rosbrook.
Frank was the inaugural Chairman of the Northern Football League, and his work ethic and integrity was vital in the inception and development of the league.
The foundations that Frank put in to place to regain the trust and belief of our clubs will leave a lasting legacy, and his drive led the league to the position we are in today.
Everyone involved in the Northern Football League, and the wider local football community, offer their condolences to Sandi and the Rosbrook family.
As a mark of respect, a minutes silence will be held for Frank prior to the Division 1 Seniors Grand Final this Saturday, and the league's umpires will be wearing black armbands.
Funeral details will be relayed as they become available.
