MONTMORENCY FC CODE OF CONDUCT
Montmorency Football Club Members and Visitors are required to uphold the Club’s Code of Conduct.
Montmorency Football Club Members and Visitors must maintain a standard of behaviour and conduct in the best interests of all Members and Visitors to the Club taking into consideration the following;
1. Respect the rights, dignity and worth of all individuals within the context of their involvement in Australian Football, including refraining from any discriminatory practices on the basis of race, religion, ethnic background, or special ability/disability.
2. Abide by the AFL Laws of the Game and the Rules of the Montmorency Football Club and Northern Football League.
3. Refrain from any form of personal abuse or unnecessary physical contact with the players in the Northern Football League.
4. Honour the direction of the nominated Montmorency Football Committee;
5. Have due consideration for varying maturity and ability levels of players when conducting in practice schedules, practice activities and involvement in competition.
6. Will at all times display appropriate sporting behaviour, and practise fair play.
7. Will display and foster respect for umpires, opponents, coaches, administrators, other officials, parents and spectators.
8. Reject the use of illicit drugs (including performance enhancing substances in sport) and will abide by the guidelines set forth in the AFL DRUG POLICY.
