Top of the list is Chops Langkau, still appears for the occasional game and entertains us all with his "Helicopter" kicks at goal and his Kevin Bartlett type handball stats when within 200 meters of goal.
Chops not only played 242 games but has worked hard behind the scenes, serving on committees, coached the Seniors for 5 years and also the Reserves for a few more. He practically lived at Princes Park, quite often sleeping in the clubrooms and showering there before going to work.
Much of the Club Tradition can be attributed to Chops, a stalwart of Caulfield and the Southern Football League Played at Ashburton and Oakleigh District before crossing to the Bears in our inaugural Season of the "re-birth" of the Caulfield Football Club in 1993
