Positions vacant at St Mary's Basketball Club
To all club members:
Last Thursday night (15/10), St Mary’s Basketball Club held their Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM provides an opportunity for all club members to help contribute new ideas, ask questions and participate in the future direction of the club. However, the club needs more spirited and passionate people to help make this a reality.
While the AGM was attended by 15 people, these individuals are already either on the committee, coach teams or volunteer in other ways to help keep the club one of the strongest clubs at Diamond Valley.
As the largest club at Diamond Valley with over 340 kids playing, we are in desperate need for new members to join the Committee or become coaches. Following the AGM, we have a number of vacant positions that need to be filled quickly to ensure the smooth running of the club, especially as we head towards our grading day and the long summer break.
The current positions vacant are:
- President
- Sponsorship Co-ordinator
- Junior Coaches for a number of teams
Positions that require additional support:
- Under 18 Boys Co-ordinator
If you are new to the club, or been with us for 10 years and really want to contribute, we would love to hear from you.
