Playing Memberships 2013

All players of the Manningham Cobras AFC are required to pay for membership to the club.
Aside from gaining eligibility to play, the membership covers player insurance, player-related supplies including medical stock, playing gear, medical trainer payments and the club’s affiliation to the VAFA.

PLAYERS MUST COMPLETE THEIR MEMBERSHIP FORM AND RETURN TO NICK MOLNAR.

MEMBERSHIP FORMS AND FURTHER INFO REGARDING MEMBERSHIPS AND PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE PLAYER HANDBOOK - ATTACHED TO THIS PAGE.
