Eastern Ranges seek a Development Squad Assistant Coach.
The Assistant Coach’s primary responsibility is to support the Head Coach and other staff in the development and implementation of the coaching program, in line with the program’s philosophy of developing great footballers and outstanding people. High level preparation will result in players understanding and having the ability to implement team structures in a pressured environment. Assistant Coaches will conduct all processes in a professional manner during their time in the role. Other key responsibilities include supporting the Head Coach as appropriate at training and on match days, and being proactive in contributing to the design and implementation of the programs’ coaching curriculum.
The aim of the program is to holistically develop young male footballers to the maximum of their ability, provide them with the knowledge to be able to perform at an elite level, to be able to cope with the rigours and expectations of playing at the highest level.
