Code of Conduct (Coaches, Players, Parents)

Caroline Springs Football Club supports the AFL and WRFL in ensuring that the traditions and values of Australian Rules Football plays a significant part of our game. One critical component is the passion that people show for the team and the club and whilst that passion is usually harnessed and used to support it sometimes can boil over to create negative situations. Team Selection Policy and Guidelines

This policy has been produced to clarify Team Selection process. It is club policy to support our coaches in any reasonable decision they make. The club requires coaches to adhere to the Team Selection guidelines as far as practicable. The policy is attached, click "more" to read the full policy:

Issue Resolution and Guidelines

The Caroline Springs Football Club requires that all issues to be resolved to the satisfaction of the members and committee in a timely fashion. This Issue Resolution procedure has been developed to enable this objective to be fulfilled. All members have a responsibility to participate in reasonable actions to resolve issues.
