Registration Forms for Winter 2015
Please find attached the registration form for the winter season starting on 14th March.
Download your form and come along to our registration day on Friday 6 February from 5pm-7pm at Melba College Hall, Brentnall Rd, Croydon. Please note that fees are to be paid when registering - cash, cheque or bank deposit.
