Nelson Heat Baseball Club prides itself on providing baseball to all ages and levels of player from teeball to senior secondary school players.

Nelson Heat Baseball Club was established in 2016 by a team of passionate ball players, including former Black Sox Marty Grant. In recent seasons, Nelson Heat teams have won South Island tournaments, placed at national tournaments, had players chosen for NZ age group teams, and taken New Zealand awards for top players and coaches.
We have players of all ages across our teams and age groups.
Nelson Heat run a Baseball In Schools programme that puts us in front of more than 700 children each season, we host a schools teeball tournament, and the Nelson Heat Invitational each year.
More importantly, we have established a community of passionate ball players, volunteers and supporters who enjoy the game on the field and from the sidelines.
Our club plays at Champion Green in Richmond from October to April.
We accept new members at any time. Register online or contact one of our coaches or volunteers for more information.
