The versatile Cam Pedersen has taken out the Bruce Montgomery Trophy as the Best and Fairest player for the Werribee Tigers in 2012. Pedersen beat the 2012 J.J. Liston Trophy winner Ben Ross with Ben McKinley finishing third.
Senior Coach Scott West praised Pedersen, a North Melbourne listed player, for his dedication and commitment to playing at Werribee. “Like all the Kangaroos players, Cam came down and gave us 100% on and off the field. His ability to fill a number of roles on the ground makes him a very important player and he thoroughly deserves this award.“
The Development Team Best and Fairest was won by Ben Moloney with Jye Bolton runner up and Jack Purton –Smith third.
