The Sandringham Football Club Best & Fairest was held last night at the Bentleigh Club attended by 180 Zebra faithful. A great night was had by all and the evening was a fitting tribute to the success of 2006.
All the junior mascots that have lead the Zebras onto the field in 2006 were awarded with trophies to mark the players appreciation of their support. Young Mitch Bowles was also awarded a special Players Award for his support throughout the season.

Graeme is a stalwart of the Sandringham Football Club. Graeme was a player during the 1950's and has coached the Thirds (3 Premierships), Reserves and Seniors. Graeme is a valuable member of the Sandringham Match Day and Training staff and ensures the players have the best facilities and services available for training.
Best Clubman Andrew Burton
Awarded for his outstanding commitment to the Sandringham Football Club. Andrew 'Burty' Burton is the Reserves time keeper, ground linesman and Gold Pass Member. A very popular figure around the club, Burty is a very deserving winner of this award.

Awarded for playing in 5 Premierships with the Sandringham Football Club

This award is in recognition of the leaders of the Sandringham Football Club acheiving a 3 peat of Premierships. Gary Gilchrist as President, Mark Williams as Coach and Chad Liddell as Captain.
