The Management Committee of the Sherwood Australian Football Club, welcome all new and returning players and their families for what will be another exciting season of AFL at Sherwood Magpies AFC.
Our club again continues to grow in numbers with in excess of 250 junior & youth footballers registered in 2013.
We are a club that aspires to create an environment that nutures & teaches young aspiring participants to play AFL & have done so for in excess of 60 years in the Western suburbs of Brisbane
We again thank the support of our fantastic volunteers, coaches & to the involvement and commitment of parents supporting these young athletes.
Our goal is to continue to encourage an environment that is stimulating to all levels of ability & age groups for all participants through structured training & development & fun that in turn encourages a continued level of commitment from players and parents for the 2014 season.
