Jets Background
The Jets Basketball Club is one of eight basketball clubs participating in the Willetton Junior Basketball Association competition. The club has come a long way since it was founded in 1980, and now has 80 junior teams participating in the competition.
Our objectives are:
- To encourage and facilitate enjoyable participation in and the development of the sport of basketball.
- To promote social wellbeing and good fellowship amongst the members and within the wider community of basketball.
- To promote the benefits of health and safety to our members.
- Support WBA in providing facilities for JBC members and when possible and deemed appropriate by the committee provide WBA with financial support.
