• Please refer to the 'Important Dates' page for when registration Opens and Closes.
• If you are not currently a player and would like to put your child's name down on the Bullets waiting list for the upcoming Summer 2022/2023 season please register using this link https://www.playhq.com/basketball-wa/register/130cfd

Season fees

• Season Fees $255.00 per player. 
• Registrations and payments must be made online through PlayHQ.  For any questions or enquiries please contact

• Fees must be paid on registration. Failure to complete this will result in a loss of your place on a team. If you have difficulty in paying please make an arrangement with the President. 

Refunds

Refunds after Team nomination dates:

• Players who could not be placed in a team will be refunded the Bullets registration fee of $105.00**. 
• No other refunds will be provided except for exceptional circumstances. To be reviewed on application and approval by the Bullets Committee.  

Refunds before Team Nomination date:

• The Bullets registration fee of $105.00 will be refunded in full, minus the 'PlayHQ' fee paid by the club.**
• Refunds will require a BSB, Account number and Account Name

* (Exceptional circumstances exclude withdrawal due to inability to play or train on your teams allocated day/time or unable to play due to time/study committments) ** Bullets Basketball Club is unable to provide a refund of the $150.00 Willetton Basketball Stadium registration fee.  Please contact WBA directly regarding their refund policy. 

$255.00 Fee distribution/usage 

$105.00 - Bullets Basketball Club Registration Fee (Paid directly to Bullets Basketball club) which covers the following:

• Team Nomination Fee paid to Willeton Basketball Association
• Players shirts, Coaches tops and training equipment
• Training court costs
• Incidentals
• AGM/Wind up
• Trophies
• Coaches Development

$150.00 - Willetton Basketball Club Registration Fee (Paid directly to WBS)
