Founding Members

1976 was the first year that the Tuggeranong Lions played in the ACTAFL junior league.

We were known as the Tuggeranong Football Club and changed our name to Tuggeranong Lions Junior Australian Football Club on the 19th February 1985.

Prime Minsters Club of the Year Cup

The Prime Minister's Club of the Year is awarded to the club who has performed best in the following areas throughout the season.

Quality of Administration
Level of Sportmanship displayed by coaches, officials, spectators and players
Support given to the League
Adherence to the aims of junior football, recruiting and junior devlopment

Matheson Memorial Award

The Matheson Memorial Award is an award for outstanding volunteering work.
