The Club's Football Strategy has recently been updated following a number of changes in our Football programs over the past few years.
The key change has been the shift of the NEAFL state league competition in which Eastlake now operates under the Canberra Demons to incorporate the broader ACT and Southern NSW region.
With this shift, a focus back on the local AFL Canberra senior competition has been in place since the start of the 2016 season with a clear separation in the Club between the NEAFL and AFL Canberra programs now evident both internally and externally.
Our junior and broader engagement with the community has not changed as we endeavor to continue to increase participation of AFL in South Canberra region.
