Seniors, Reserves & Thirds
All players are required at University Oval as per usual, be there no later than 6:15pm. Please bring your runners, a towel and change of clothes. Training will consist of a road run, some skills in the car park, and then a club dinner up at The Ranch afterwards.
Chiro's will be available at the ground as per usual.
Women & U18's
Be at the Mac Uni gym no later than 6:15pm, please bring your runners, a towel, waterbottle, and change of clothes if you want to join the fellas at The Ranch. Training will go no later than 8:15pm.
