Detailed Description

Penrith Rams Australian Football Club is seeking expressions of interest for all coaching positions in 2012.

Coaches are sought for the First Grade, Reserve Grade, Third Grade (new in 2012) and Premier Division Under 18’s.

Penrith have carried on the success of 2010 where two of the three teams played Grand Finals football, winning a flag in the Under 18’s.

This year has seen the senior side promoted to Div 2 in which they become Minor Premiers and will also be contesting the Grand Final for the second year running.

The Rams Reserve Grade (Div 4) have also taken out the minor premiership and will also contest the Grand Final coming off a history breaking year within the home & away season. Potential victories will again reflect promotion to a higher division in 2012.

Four Grand Final appearances within two years with three teams is certainly an enviable record and reflects the renewed focus and enthusiasm within the club from board to player & volunteer level!

Without doubt the successful applicants must be highly motivated + suitably qualified with a strong desire to develop an emerging young football squad within the greater Western Sydney catchment area. PRFC currently enjoy long-term sponsors / partners that have aligned with the club to develop & implement a high degree of renewed energy, professionalism & culture in all facets of the club.

Some examples of such improvements are having 100% physio coverage for all games /playing divisions since 2010, appointment of strength & conditioning coach, annual free gym membership for all registered players, significant club social events etc. These improvements all reflect the clubs current business development plan that will ensure its success in years to come!

Player Recruiting for 2012 is already well under way and we expect to have a number of quality signings once transfers are opened for next season. The vast majority of the 2011 playing group have also already committed to being with us again next season and beyond.

A suitable and attractive remuneration package will be negotiated with the successful applicants.
