CDHBU travelled to Urana Rd Oval to take on old rivals in the Murray Magpies. After four games of football, the Power came out on top winning three of them.
Under 14's - The youngsters of the club started the day with a massive 62 point win. It was a great team effort by all the boys but Jay O'Donoghue and Luke Murphy were exceptional in the win.

Reserves - Our reserves continue their winning run with an 18 point win. The Power were dominant for most of the game with 26 scoring shots to 13, but inaccurate kicking for goal could've cost them the game. Ian Bock had plenty of the ball, while Wade Thurling, Daniel Smead, Matt McLachlan and first gamer Steve Talbot were in among the best.

Seniors - Our seniors were switched on from the first bounce and continued this for all four quarters. Our backline held up strong, the midfield was in and under everything and the forwards were lining up to kick goals. Doug Lavis was superb up forward, Brad Talbot and Jayme Hicks were solid in defence, while Jarrod Hanrahan, Damian Talbot and Ryan Rhodes were outstanding in the midfield. Andy Norman left the ground during the first quarter after landing awkwardly on his arm. He was taken to hospital and unfortunately for the club, he has a badly broken arm and will miss the rest of the season. The whole club wish him well in his recovery.
