Catering for the Finals – Sunday 2nd September
CDHBU have been given the task of Catering for the Elimination Final to be held at Walbundrie on Sunday 2nd September.
As this is a very big day but a very worthwhile day in terms of fundraising for our club, we are seeking your assistance on that day.
We are responsible for catering in the canteen, cooking the bbq, cooking hot chips, running the raffle, running the bar and providing afternoon tea for patrons.
If people could please see Jo Rippingale or Tracey Bush in the canteen to let them know if you are able to bring cakes, slices, etc on the day and to nominate a preferred time to help out on the day, it would be greatly appreciated.
As this money is used in various ways around the club, we would like everyone to be involved. The more people we get volunteering, the shorter shifts we will all have to do.
