The Lismore Swans have defeated the Tweed Coast Tigers in an physical encounter to advance through to the Grand Final.
The Swans took advantage of the big ground and very warm conditions as the much younger Lismore team got the points in this vital match.

The Swans advance to the Grand Final this week when they take on Byron Bay at Shultz Oval Bangalow.
