The Kenmore seniors playing group has made a valiant run into the finals for 2009. This is the first time Kenmore have made the finals since stepping up to Division 1 footy in 2007.
The playing group to get this far has included a lot of players due to injury and other circumstances in the year where some players were away for extended periods. For weeks on end, some of the playing depth was tested and the players responded with some terrific footy.
I encourage all supporters, past players, parents and friends along with the 2009 playing group to get out to Wynnum, Kiannawah Rd to support the boys in what will be a tough and closely fought Premiership race.
