Following is the schedule for the 2009 Western Sydney Final Series, with the next 2 -3 weeks the format and timings for each venue will be released to all clubs and be placed onto the Regional and GSJ Websites.
Semi Finals – Saturday 22 August 2009
Youth - 6 games venue Oval 2, Blacktown Olympic Park Host will be the Western Sydney Regional Committee and the canteen will be already operating with the SFL Final Home & Away round games on Oval 1.
Junior Sth West– 2 games venue Greenway Park, Carnes Hill Host Club Sth West Tigers
Junior West - 4 games venue Dukes Oval, Emu Plains Host Club Emu Plains/Glenmore Park Lions
Preliminary Finals – Saturday 29 August 2009
Youth & Junior (West) – 5 games venue Grey Gums Oval, Cranebrook Host Club Penrith Swans JAFC
Junior South West – 1 game venue Harrington Park Oval, Harrington Park Host Club Camden JAFC
Grand Finals – Saturday 5 September 2009
Youth & Junior (West & Sth West) – 6 games venue Blacktown Olympic Park Hosts Western Sydney Umpires Group with the Western Sydney Region paying all Field umpires
Host Clubs to pay for Field Umpires during Final Series
Participating Clubs to pay for Boundary Umpires and Goal Umpires
Finals Series only: Boundary Umpire $15.00 Goal Umpire: $10.00
Participating Clubs will pay for Boundary/Goal Umpires during Final Series, this money is to be handed, in a sealed envelope with Club and Team name on the outside, to the Host Club, at the Ground Managers table, before the commencement of their games.
Regional Committee will pay for the third umpire in the U14 and U16 games in the 2009 Final Series.

It is to be understood by those Host clubs that if there is any damage to or loss of club equipment, the clubs JLT or similar Club Insurance will be the only source of recompense.
