1. Dress Club Jumper / Brown Shorts / club socks / footy boots ( Under 8’s, club will supply jumper )
2. Coaches and managers to wear this years club polo shirt. Others ( asst Coaches and managers also must wear the club shirt )
3. Photo’s this year are $11 each, a form will be placed in your pigeon hole, please pay at reception prior to photo night.
4. A sausage sizzle will be available on the night
5. Teams are to assemble outside on the verandah when ready, they will then be escorted into the room, only one team at a time will enter the room.
6. You are to inform the Coordinator when your team is right to go.
7. After the photo shoot either coach or manager is to stay back and write in names on sheet from the photo you are given. Please make sure the spelling is neat and correct.
4.30pm to 5.00pm: Any teams that want to have their photo done early ( Must let me know)
5.00pm to 5.20pm: under 8’s
5.20 pm to 5.40pm: Under 9’s
5.40pm to 5.50pm: Under 18’s
5.50pm to 6.15pm: Under 10’s
6.15pm to 6.30pm: Under 11’s
6.30pm to 7.00pm: Under 12’s
7.00pm to 7.30pm: Under 13’s / Under 14’s
7.30pm: Under 16’s
