The town of Warrnambool will experience the best underage football competition in Australia this Sunday at noon when the North Ballarat Rebels host a Home game at the Reid Oval against the Sandringham Dragons.
The Rebels annually take TAC Cup games throughout the region which gives the football followers from the Warrnambool, South West and Wimmera regions the opportunity to view and experience the region's best underage players.
The developing Rebels have won their past 3 games but will need to have all cylinders firing this game to continue their winning form. It will be the 1st time this year the team will face a strong Metropolitan team for the year.
The Rebels have included 2 experienced TAC Cup players to its line up. Ben Peters after missing the majority of preseason recovering from hip surgery will play his 1st TAC Cup game for the year and AIS AFL Scholarship holder Lucas Cook will also come back into team after missing the past 3 games due the AIS AFL Academy Squads team tour of South Africa.
