Kicking into a stiff breeze in the first quarter, our Seniors controlled play and probably didnt really put their dominance onto the scoreboard. Our defence with Adam Eady, Scott Maddern, Brad Kearney and Gary Wallace were well on top and whilst Hicksy was swamped he still provided a target and Brett Duke was inspiring with his workrate and efforts at contests.
The 3.6 to 1.1 quarter time scoreboard soon looked sweeter in the second with Rizza taking control in the middle and Cubby, Brooks, Rabbit, Nick Hammond, Luke Tyrell and Bova well on top and Dobbo throwing his body in and winning heaps of hard ball.
11 goals to no score in the second stanza put the result to bed and gave Fletch the chance to give some time to Mick Gafa in his first Senior Match as well as Jack Troedel who just gives his all with his harrassing, tackling as well as winning the footy, Ben Evans who looked at home at this level and Justin Claney who is one for the future and did some good things.
13 goals to 4 in the second half - Mad Dog providing the goal celebration of the season, some rain and Hicksy finishing with 9 saw the Tiges finish with confidence and ready to prepare for the local Derby on Saturday
Noosa 3.6 14.10 17.12 27.16 178
Coolangatta 1.1 1.1 2.2 5.3 33

The Reserves experienced the double challenge of our longest away trip and the loss of players who arrange work to get Saturdays off for footy and thus can't play Sunday games
The story for the two's was probably not taking advantage of a healthy breeze in the first thus playing catch up for most of the day.
Six goals to three in the third quarter to trail by just 4 points at 3/4 time was our best 1/4 and it was great to see the boys play some terrific footy and share in the spoils as we emerged as a threat
Nathan McKenzie was again just great with his huge work rate and great footy brain, Chayse Tilley was just as impressive with his dash, rebounding and great use, James Leach was smart and ellusive, Nick Hoekstra again was dangerous, Glenn Braybon always had his head over the ball and Andrew Stewart maintained his performance over the whole game as his match fitness improves.
Full marks to Harrison Opie from the Under 18's who looked a likely type before going off with an ankle strain
Multiple gaol kickers - Leachy 2, Maxy 2 and Big G 2
