A great first up game for the boys, in cold conditions they held on to a Rupertswood last quarter comeback but still managed to focus on the job asked by the coach. GREAT GAME BOYS!! |

Coaches Comments |

The boys came up against a bigger stronger side this week, and unfortunately, were not able to match them. Good solid efforts from some of the boys including Liam Kenny, Kyle Caruana, Austin Bongart, Jordan Kight and Dylan Trickey were unfortunately not enough to repell the continuous Ruppertswood attack. With a game now under the belt, and with some improved team work, the boys can look forward to improvement next week |

Our first game was against Ruppertswood who are a very good side. We where totally outplayed, second for the footy most times, We could learn a lot from their style of play. Our best was Phillip Hoyland, Daniel Walker and Jamie Kline. Congratulations to Brad Newman - Captain, Phillip Hoyland - Vice Captain and Anthoy Reardon - Depty Vice Captain |

Today was a big day as Thomas Thorogood played his 50th game for the club. As always Rupertswood proved to be stiff competition and we trailed by 4 points at three quarter time. With great spirit and team work the boys lifted to record a great victory. Congratulations to all. |
