Fantastic news to hit North Brunswick in the last few days has been that of the births of baby girls for two of our favourite sons.
Senior Captain David Pizzari's wife Gemma, on the hottest Melbourne day on record - gave birth to Carla Anne Pizzari at 11:24am on the 7th of February - 3.37kgs - 48cm long.
And two days later, Reserves skipper Trevor Ackland and wife Mel welcomed Eden Heather Ackland into the world at 4:45pm - weighing in at 2.6kgs.
All are doing well and the Footy Club wishes the Pizzari and Ackland families a big congratulations. Lets hope that both girls get their looks from their mother's!
