Women's Team 2023 Update
The Women's team is off to a great start for 2023.
The Senior Women's team are very competitive in division 4. They currently sit 2nd on the ladder.
The team is made up of a mixture of 14 year olds to 40+ year olds. The young girls are getting great mentoring from the senior player. Each game that is played the girls are gaining more confidence.
This weekend we got the junior girls down to come and meet the Senior team. They were included in the team talk prior to the game and ran out on to the park with them.
At half time they played a mini game of soccer. It was great to see the future talent of the club.
A great turn out from our local supporters. It is always appreciated when we get such great support.
This week the ladies are home to Gippsland United who are 7th on the ladder. Kick off is at 3.00pm.
