2021 Gippsland FC – Skill Acquisition Program (SAP)
Gippsland FC will once again deliver the Football Federation Australia (FFA) SAP Program. The program is suitable for dedicated players (boys & girls) aged from 9 to 12 and focuses on the skill acquisition phase of development. The program allows likeminded players from across Gippsland to come together to develop their football under a qualified coaching group specialising in Junior/Youth Development. The SAP Program is in addition to aplayer’s club commitments. Gippsland FC will aim to deliver programs based in the East, Central, West and South Gippsland areas of Gippsland.
- Age Group – Under 9, 10, 11 & 12 (Girls & Boys born 2009 – 2012)
- Venues
- o Central Gippsland - Latrobe City Stadium and Trafalgar Victory Soccer Club
- o South Gippsland – Wonthaggi Recreational Reserve,
- o East Gippsland (TBC)
- o West Gippsland (TBC)
- Training Nights - Monday or Wednesday evenings
- Program Features
- o Weekly Training Sessions – Commencing April through to September
- o Gippsland Regional Gala Days
- o Football Victoria Gala Day Tournaments
- o Participation in suitable tournaments when available
- Cost = $80 (includes a training uniform to the value of $50)
- Trial Dates - March (TBC). Registered players will be notified by email.
