From 2015-2019, Lowe served as the President of the NCCUA, a position in which he gave up many hours of his time for, advocating for umpire's conditions, respect and forging wonderful relationships with all clubs. This year, Jake took a step back from the top job, but testament to his love for the NCCUA, remains as a committee member.
