Kenmore AFC is seeking applications for the positions of Senior Coach for the 2009 season and beyond.
Applications for coaches of all grades, including Senior, Reserve and Under Eighteen, Playing & Non-playing, are welcome
Kenmore Bears Australian Football Club competes in the AFL Queensland State Association Division 1 competition. During 2008 the club fielded Senior, Reserve and Under 18 teams and has a growing list of junior players associated with the Kenmore Juniors at Akuna Oval, Kenmore. New players in all grades are always very welcome.
Background: The club is situated at Chelmer and we play our home games out of Western Districts Sporting Club. Season 2009 holds strong promise as the playing field has been closed for sixteen months as part of a major ground redevelopment which will allow us to play at home again.
Kenmore is a young club established in 1997 but we already have seven senior flags and have been promoted from Division 3 to Division 1 in this short time. We are a young club with a young playing group seeking to play at the highest level possible.
We are looking to identify the right people to build towards a successful and strong future. The ideal candidates would be an ambitious organiser that can compliment existing structures at the club.
