Life Membership GFNC - 2016
A Gormandale girl, Michelle was first Registered (VNA) in 1989 and played in the Under 13’s in 1990. A fantastic Junior career through to 1996 included 5 Best & fairest awards and a Runner Up Best & fairest in 7 seasons and a U14 Premiership in 1993. Michelle played Seniors at the club through to the end of the 2005 when she had a break from the game to have a family. From 1997 through to 2003 Michelle won 2 A Grade and 4 B Grade Best and Fairest awards to add to her trophy cabinet. Michelle returned to play for 3 seasons from 2015 to 2017 and in the process recorded her 200th Senior game in 2016 and was presented with her Life Membership in that year. Off the court Michelle was active over the years as a Netball Delegate, Junior Coach, and a member of the General committee.
