We are looking for a new Overall Canteen Manager!
The club is looking for expressions of interest for the overall Canteen Manager role for the 2020 season. The role encompasses purchasing and management of stock for our two canteens (Columbia Park & Wellington Reserve) and running the canteen at Columbia Park on match days, with help from parent volunteers.
The role has the following primary duties and responsibilities:
- Develop a variety of food and beverage options for players, general members and supporters
- The economical ordering/purchasing of all stock and maintenance of stock levels at Columbia Park & Wellington Reserve canteens
- Ensure all food is handled/served correctly.
- Ensure the Columbia Park. canteen is open for business from the commencement of the first game
- Responsible for the handling, reconciliation, & reporting of monies from Columbia Park canteen.
The position requires an average of 8 hours each Sunday throughout the season (17 weeks including finals) plus the time required for purchasing and stocking canteen(s).
Applicants will need (or be willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check and a Food Handling Certificate.
