This will be the toughest task the Jest will ever have to face. The Knights undrafted talent from the previous year has done nothing but grow from their 2018 Grand Final defeat. Jets guns Elisabeth Georgostathis, Isabella Grant, Isabelle Pritchard, Nikita Wright, and Cleo Saxon-Jones must set the standard early if the Jets are to win.

Possible key match-ups
Elisabeth Geogostathis vs Brittany Gutknecht
Last week Georgostathis had a blinder, but this week she may have to face another tough opponent in Gutknecht. Gutknecht knows how to hit the scoreboard, she ranked in the top three goal scorers last year for the Northern Knights and is once again in fine form. It will take some serious stopping to limit the influence of this goal kicking midfielder.
Cleo Saxon Jones vs Ellie Mckenzie
Cleo Saxon-Jones got plenty of the ball last Sunday but failed to score. Mckenzie will be a tough ask for Saxon Jones if she is pitted against her, however, It just takes one kick to boost any players confidence. If Saxon Jones can produce a goal or two, it could rejuvenate a forward line that has struggled lately against their opposition.
Isabella Grant vs Gabby Newton
This battle of the mid forwards could provide a very interesting contest. Newton is the sword of the Knights, she was u18 All Australian last year as well as a member of the TAC Cup Team of the Year. Newton knows how to find the goals and is hard to stop when she gets a rythum going. Grant is different, she is the spark that never fades out, even if the game is lost she will fight it out until the buzzer sounds. Grant will no doubt give Newton a challenge as they head to RAMS Arena on Saturday.
