The Swans are itching for Saturdays do or die preliminary finals match desperate to put up a big fight. The Swans were woeful 2 weeks ago and were easily defeated by the Magpies and will come into this match as the underdog. However finals footy is a new ball game and Lismore commenced their finals journey in style with a thumping 172 point win over Nimbin last week. The Swans played some good flowing footy constantly driving the ball forward and dominated all around the ground.
The Swans are desperate to turn things around as this match will be a replay of last years preliminary final also held in Bangalow. The Swans will need to win centre clearances, drive the ball into their forward 50 and kick goals if they are to win. The defence will need to stand tall and play solid.
At this stage their will be no change to the side that demolished Nimbin on the weekend. The Swans have trained hard, have the fitness and the skill, and now must use it as they are definitely good enough to win.
Everyone get down and support the boys… 2pm Bangalow.
Go the Swannies!
