One of the NCCUA's most loyal and dedicated members, Andy has been a member of the committee for several years, regularly holding the 100 Club, running raffles and conducting any odd jobs the committee requires of him.
Andy is always a great support to the NCCUA and is loved by all.
In 2013, Baldwin was the receipient of the NCCUA Golden Whistle Award for the Best First Year Umpire.
In 2015, he was recognised for his service to the NCCUA with the Club Person of the Year award, which he won with Ashley Borg.
He has umpired the 2013 and 2017 First Division (Plate) Grand Finals and the 2015 Women's Grand Final.
The NCCUA wishes Andy all the very best for his special milestone match.
