U18 TAC Cup Training tonight (1 Dec) has been cancelled due to weather.
U18 Head of S&C Josh Milner has provided the following instructions for players to complete over the weekend:
5 x 400's - 80 sec.. 80 sec break
5 x 200's - 35 sec.. 70 sec break
