Awesome performance in the first half ticking all the relevant boxes but unfortunately the opposite in the crucial 3rd qtr where we just fell away without much resistance. Toughed it out in the last qtr but watsonia were too strong in the end winning by 31 pts. Pratty led the way with a strong game along with Jerka, Jacko, Marcus and Biddy. Brad and Bluey both played well in their last games for the club and Scooter was solid again. Congrats again to Noodles on the way he has represented our club over the years and he along with Brad and Bluey will be missed big-time on the field but you never know we might be able to sneak a couple more out of the old boys next year. A big thanks to Cars and the playing group for putting up with me this year.

In what was a shoot out from the very start unfortunately the boys came up 17 points short. All bar a small period in the 3rd quarter where we let Watsonia get on top of us, the boys did a fantastic job at finishing off the season. It would have been the easy way to roll over and get beaten comfortably, but the team showed great fight right until the very end. Plenty of positives for next season if that's the way the boys will play their footy.
