Danny Wright 200 Games

This bloke was told by Doctors he wouldn’t be able to work as a chippy let alone play football after a serious cardiac virus. He has had open heart surgery and also suffered a stroke while recovering. Well he has defied his challenges and gone on to play 200 unrelenting senior games with the Charlton FC. Last Saturday he represented the club in his 200th game. A fierce and talented competitor, as well as a true club person, supporters saw him give his all as he always does. Congratulations Danny Wright on a fine effort.
