Football-Seniors. Unfortunately we let Donald jump out of the blocks and gain the upper hand early and we couldn’t recover. We kicked seven goals to Donald’s eight in the last three quarters but the damage was done. Dean McKay, Kieran Sait and Lachlan Cunningham both had solid games as did Anthony Judd. David Romer battled hard when he went forward and Cody Gunn was a welcome return from injury. We’re hoping for an improved performance against the Magpies at home.
Reserves- It was a reasonably competitive first half from the Navies but the Royal Blues put us away in the second half with some good footy. Jed Thompson played well for us on return from a finger injury while Lachlan Holmes Brown, Charlie Patullo, Nick Byrne, Connor Hooper McKenzie and Mick Soulsby all worked hard.

Under 13's
The boys played an evenly contested game but unfortunately couldn't get the score on the board. They worked tirelessly all around the ground, which was extremely pleasing to the coaches. After the game the coaches praised the boys efforts and told them not to get disheartened and that sometimes the winners on the ground aren't the winners on the scoreboard. Each and every instruction was followed to the letter and the coaches couldn't be more pleased with the effort.
