AUSKICKERS were out in force on Sunday morning. Auskicker Co ordinator Bill Webb and newly appointed Club Auskicker Co ordinator Sel Cassilles had the kids developing their kicking and hand ball skills during a range of fun activities. The Auskickers were all fitted out in their Magpie Guernseys in preparation for next week’s Club photos. Congratulations to our Player and Auskickers of the week Sophia, Sioban and Beau.
UNDER 9s travelled to Kelso oval to play the Bankstown Bullsharks. Our Under 9s continued to improve their skills and team work each week. Great game kids.
UNDER 10s were at Fairfax Reserve on Sunday against a strong Camden team. Each week, under 10s continue to play fair and strong footy. This will certainly hold them in good stead as they continue into competitive age football in years to come.
UNDER 11s – Sth Campbelltown played host to our Under 11s, a tough loss but players worked hard all game. Ethan M and Thomas D kicked goals . Thomas and Rhys H were players of the week for tireless effort, team spirit and never giving up.
UNDER 12s – Friday night under lights at Kanebridge Oval against Kellyville saw one of the best matches all season for our Under 12s. A close game saw the team come away with a narrow win. The rain did not deter the commitment from all players with great skills from both sides.
UNDER 14s played at Peter Miller Park against Auburn Giants. A good win, with multiple goal kickers from the Magpies. Great to see the players commitment to this team, the season looks promising.
