SENIORS
Round 7 saw Camden Cats travel to Mac Uni. The Warriors started slowly and did not stick to the game plan as instructed.
The frustrating thing is our inaccurate kicking at goal. With 50 shots on goal, we could only put 24 through the big sticks. The time will come whereby a side will punish us for this and we really need to start capitalising on our opportunities.
On a positive note, the team stood up in the second half and kicked ahead, with Camden really fighting the game out to the end.
Standouts for the day were Banga who was back with his glorious touch and Reece who controlled the middle of the park and centre half forward with Hamma.
Next week is the start of our big month, with the Warriors taking on a impressive Holroyd-Parramatta. The boys will really have to step up this week on the training paddock and again on Saturday to get a win against the Goannas and it is a game we are looking forward to.
Mac Uni 26-24-170 beat Camden Cats 3-5-23

A determined 4 quarter effort saw us back on the winners list with a victory over East Coast at home on Saturday.
After a slow start we managed to work our way into the game lead well by our backline Bubsy, James & Adam to keep the Eagles scoreless in the 2nd quarter allowing us to go into half time with a 3 goal lead.
We came out after half time and increased our effort with Dylan and Bubsy continuing on with their good form. The final quarter saw us keep up the good effort but inaccuracies in front of goal cost us a bigger winning margin.
