The AFL's Community Football Weekend was in full swing down at Windy Hill on Saturday where Old Essendon played host to St. Bernards in what was the VAFA match of the round. Speaking at the President's luncheon and watching from the grandstands, Essendon's Dustin Fletcher, a proud old boy of PEGS, was on hand to watch the clash between the two old rivals.
In honour of the work that Ken and Dustin Fletcher have contributed towards the school and community, the inaugural Fletcher-Madden Cup was awarded to the winning team.
