Dear Clubs,
Well done and congratulations on getting your sides on the park for the first bounce. With the season underway, I would like to take this opportunity to remind the clubs of the following:
Footyweb:
It is the Home teams responsibility to updated team sheets (at the conclusion of the game) and enter results as per GSJ rule 18. This must be done within 24 hours of the conclusion of the game.
It is also important to make sure that your team managers are aware of the mercy rule and that this is entered correctly at the conclusion of the game.
Note: All players must have a jumper number in footyweb and on the team sheet. See the GSJ rules for further interpretation.
Match Day Paper work sent to the GSJ
The GSJ only need to receive:
- Match Day Votes – for under 13,14,15,16 – if appropriate
- Ground Managers Report
- Any individual player reports
We do not require you to send in team sheets or score cards. These should be kept by the relevant Team Manager.
