These academies will provide ongoing, high level and competitive training for our female talent providing both a clear and defined talent pathway and also helping to grow and develop our community football. The academies are open to any females aged no younger than 14 as of the 1st January 2017. These academies will be run by AFL NSW/ACT as part of it’s talent development program, and will be comprised of two age groups Womens (Over 18), and Youth Girls (between 14-18).
