NCFNC | ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of Newtown & Chilwell Football Club Inc shall be held on Tuesday 29th November 2016 at the Clubrooms (Cnr Raith Terrace and Read Street, Newtown) commencing at 6.30pm
BUSINESS OF THE MEETING
1. to confirm the minutes of the previous annual general meeting and of any special general meeting held since then;
(b) to receive and consider—
- (i) the annual report of the Committee on the activities of the Club during the preceding financial year; and
- (ii) the financial statements of the Club for the preceding financial year submitted by the Committee in accordance with Part 7 of the Act.
2. to elect the Executive members of the Committee comprising;
- i. a President; and
- ii. up to four Vice-Presidents
- iii. a Secretary; and
- iv. a Treasurer
Those wishing to nominate for the positions of Executive members of the Club may do so and nominations must be in writing, (signed by the nominator and seconder and nominee) and lodged with the Secretary no later than 6.30pm on Tuesday 22nd November 2016.
