Kenmore FC have started the season with a host of players unavailable
for both sides but the Reserve grade side finally paid dividends after a
tough start to the season. Missing coach Cam Withers and key players Ash
Jamieson and captain Stu Bradshaw the reserves battled hard in the first
half before running away with the game in the last quarter to win 10.12
72 to 5.7 37.
The game saw the return of some key players in Nick Dunn and Glen
Ferguson to the football side and it showed with the ball getting out of
stoppages a lot better.
The side is starting to fill some key positions around the ground and
are getting used to the new faces in the side this season. The team
hopes a better showing at training and with some more structure and team
stability they can continue to battle week after week.
