Congratulations to our long time Secreatary/President/CEO, Bryan Ryan to be awarded Finalist for Loddon Shire.
Bryan is condered by many to be the backbone of the Bridgewater Foortball Netball Club. He assisted the club to stabilize during a time when it was on the verge of collapse, and has been an integral part in helping the club to further develop. Bryan is on of those people who is the 'first to arrive and the last to leave', taking on any role that the club has needed him to fulfil. He has been a major driver behind the recent amalgamation of the football and netball clubs, and is continually looking to implement policies and procedures to ensure that the club is a family freiendly place to be.
With his 'hands on' approach Bryan always leads by example, attending courses to further his knowledge and taking the learnings back to the club to assist in its effcient operation. He has also been successful in applying for grant funding to improve the club's facilities. Bryan places significant importance on the welfare of club player's and members and gas assusted many in this area, during difficult times.
